HALDEN H. FORD, M.D.
Originally from Benton, Kentucky, Dr. Ford graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennesee with a double major in Biomedical Engineering and Mathematics. He then completed medical school at the University of Louisville while subsequently completing his internship at Tulane University Medical Center in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Ford then completed his dermatology residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago where he was chief resident in dermatology. He was on the faculty of Cook County Hospital in the department of dermatology from 1996 – 1998. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology, is a member of the American and Kentucky Medical Associations as well as the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Ford practiced at Purchase Dermatology in Paducah from 1998 until 2004, at which point he opened Paducah Dermatology. He is married to Dr. Anita Fleenor-Ford, a partner at Infectious Diseases Associates, and they have two children.

CHRISTY HART, APRN
Christy is a Western Kentucky native from the Owensboro area. She graduated from Murray State in 1998 with her nursing degree then continued on and received her Master’s Degree in 2001. She has been working in the dermatology field for the last 5 years. She is married with three children.
CARLY UNGER, PA-C
Carly was raised in Martin, TN. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of TN at Martin with a bachelor’s degree in cell and molecular biology. She enrolled at Bethel University’s physician assistant program shortly thereafter and graduated in 2016. Carly has worked as a physician assistant in the western KY area since. She is eager to join the Paducah Dermatology team. She is especially looking forward to and thankful for the opportunity to serve her hometown by providing dermatological care close to home.
BLAIR BAILEY, APRN
Blair is a native of Knoxville, TN. She graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Belmont University and worked as a registered nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt for 2.5 years before returning to Belmont where she earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, as well as a member of Sigma Theta Tau and the American Nurses Association. She moved to Paducah in August of 2018 and is very excited to be part of the Paducah Dermatology team..
